Have you ever noticed that weekdays movie ticket price is different from weekend? or maybe you shop a banana on monday and you find price is different in three days after?
There you find price differentiation or it called as dynamic pricing. Price fluctuate depend on demand, such as movie. Movie demand on weekdays is lower than weekend, hence they need to backup lack of revenues with higher prices.
Fruit, such as banana, is deteriorating along the period. Outdated fruit is unfavourable and remains unsold. Hence, groceries often cut the price and set the price lower than it still fresh.
Still there are plenty examples about dynamic pricing. Keep tuning with another sight seeing!
